Museo Mandralisca This museum contains a once-lost, 1465 piece by Antonio da Messina. Titled Portrait of an Unknown Man, the painting was saved by resident and collector, Baron Enrico Piraino di Mandralisca. The baron recognized the artist's work, which was being used as a cupboard door in a pharmacy, and purchased it for "peanuts". The rest of his huge collection of a variety of artifacts is also housed here, including 20,000 seashells and a 2,200-year-old vase. Address: Via Mandralisca 13 Cefalù PA Italy
